The coveted Best Supplier Service award went to PMA at WWEM2022 after receiving nominations from two water utilities for their after sales support.
The award presentation took place at the WWEM gala dinner on October 12th and was presented to Tom Lendrem, Sales Director at PMA, for the outstanding support given to Yorkshire Water during the Nidd raw water management and source selection project.
The project involved utilising a number of s::can sensors measuring multiple UV wavelengths as well as colour and turbidity in an area of outstanding natural beauty around Yorkshire. The sensors form part of an ambitious project as the backbone of a Smart Catchments Initiative, which will provide a low carbon solution to address the challenges that climate change, historic pollution and land use have had on upland water quality.
The upland water quality is challenging in terms of being highly coloured, humic rich and ultra low turbidity water.
Tom Lendrem, Sales Director at PMA expressed his gratitude for the nominations from Yorkshire Water and Northern Ireland Water following the award.
“It is a huge honour for PMA to receive this award and it recognises our commitment to providing our customers with exceptionally high levels of after sales service. It’s only by providing these levels of service that we can establish long lasting relationships with our customers, working together to address the challenges in the water industry. We are hugely grateful to Yorkshire Water and Northern Ireland Water for their nominations”
”The level of service we receive from PMA goes way beyond what we receive from other suppliers
